Voyageur, An original watercolor by Jac Tilton (1946 – 2024)

It was painted, based on our rendezvous participation at Prairie du Chien about 15 years ago or so. However, the watercolor was painted in 2020. 

Since his passing, all of Jac’s art sales have been donated to charitable causes he and I supported, including the Tilton Student Gallery at the Galena Center for the Arts and a newly developed program at the Lantern Center called Art Across Cultures. As climate concerns have been a cause dear to both of us, I think he’d be very pleased by this potential donation.
