Bio: Boyd T. Miller, PhD, with a background in environmental, forestry, and historical issues, offers a broad perspective. His degrees in I/O Psychology and history, along with recent studies in the Environmental/Energy Policy Law Certificate at Texas A&M Law, make him a knowledgeable voice on regional and national energy issues.
