Presentation Summary: Waterways in the Western U.S. have different laws than the East Western Waterways rely on snowmelt
Water Compacts have created a quasi-plan for how people use waterways in the Eastern U.S., waterways are subject to property and tort laws, in which a plaintiff must prove that damages occurred

Bio: Boyd T. Miller, PhD, with a background in environmental, forestry, and historical issues, offers a broad perspective. His degrees in I/O Psychology and history, along with recent studies in the Environmental/Energy Policy Law Certificate at Texas A&M Law, make him a knowledgeable voice on regional and national energy issues. Boyd T Miller is the Director/CEO of North American Safe and Clean Water.
